What we collect and why
The forms collect your name, email address, description of your needs and answers relating to the selected solution. Company, phone number, budget and other marked fields are optional. We use this information to understand your inquiry and prepare a response.
Do not enter passwords, sensitive categories of personal data, confidential documents or other people's data that is unnecessary for a response. File uploads are not available.

Sending and processors
Successful submissions are saved in the submission database for handling in the administration center. If an email provider is configured and notifications are enabled, the data is passed to that provider for notification delivery; copies may remain with the provider and in the recipient's mailbox. In local previews without a provider, notifications remain in the development outbox.

Inquiry access is restricted to signed-in authorized administrators. Retention rules must cover submissions, internal notes, audit events, the notification outbox, email, provider logs and backups. The retention period for public use has not yet been approved.
Technical form protection
We process technical request data to limit abuse. If a trusted proxy is configured, a hashed network address is used for a temporary request counter. Counters are limited to a 15-minute period. Form contents and email addresses are not recorded in application error logs.
The hosting provider may keep its own technical logs. The actual provider and its terms must be included in the processor information.
Cookies and form drafts
This site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. A preference cookie remembers your language for one year; your theme preference is stored in your browser. Unsubmitted answers stay in the open page's memory, including when you change language; refreshing or closing the page clears that draft. Successfully submitted answers remain in the server database. Inquiries include the interface language. Administrator sign-in uses a technical session cookie lasting up to 8 hours.
